1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Slang With Gang (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Saasquatch ("Saasquatch," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate an account we believe belongs to a user under 18.

2. Accounts, content, and conduct

You must provide accurate, current account information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of original content you upload or create. You grant Saasquatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and provide the Service.

You may not submit unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or rights-infringing content; impersonate others; disclose another person’s private information without consent; harass or threaten users; cheat; disrupt security or operation; access the Service through unauthorized automated means; or use the Service for an unlawful purpose. Reports may be sent through available in-app tools or to support@saasquatch.online. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service, subscriptions, and advertising

Slang With Gang is free to download and play and may offer an optional ad-free subscription. Features, content, game rules, scoring, ranks, and availability may change as the Service evolves.

RevenueCat and the applicable app store process subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the app store before renewal. Refunds are governed by the store through which the purchase was made. We do not store payment-card details.

Free-tier users may see advertisements served through Google AdMob. An eligible ad-free subscription removes in-app advertisements.

Except for user content, the Service’s software, artwork, trademarks, logos, names, and other original materials belong to Saasquatch or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Use of the Service does not transfer ownership.

4. Termination, disclaimers, and liability

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated, conduct is fraudulent or harmful, or action is required to protect the Service, users, or others. You may request account deletion in the App or through our account-deletion page. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Saasquatch and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from the Service. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saasquatch and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Georgia law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

5. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App, this page, or email when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
